VayuLogi: Terms of Services

Account Terms

1. 1.You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
2. 2.You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information required to complete the signup process.
3. 3.You are responsible for keeping your password secure. VayuLogi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
4. 4.You may not use the VayuLogi service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws as well as the laws of India).
5. 5.You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded under your VayuLogi account.
6. 6.You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
7. 7.A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms as determined at the sole discretion of VayuLogi will result in immediate termination of your services.

General Conditions

1. 1.You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before you may use VayuLogi.
2. 2.We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
3. 3.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. 4.Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
5. 5.VayuLogi does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. 6.VayuLogi does not guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
7. 7.You understand that your Content (including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
8. 8.We may, but are not required to, remove Content and accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
9. 9.VayuLogi does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.
10. 10.You expressly understand and agree that VayuLogi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. 11.In no event shall VayuLogi or its suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, services, or this agreement (including negligence).
12. 12.You agree to indemnify and hold VayuLogi, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. 13.Technical support is only provided to paying account holders via email and, if time permits, by phone or ticketing system.
14. 14.You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from VayuLogi.
15. 15.Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats) toward any VayuLogi employee, customer, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
16. 16.We do not claim intellectual property rights over content you provide to the VayuLogi service.
17. 17.By uploading content (e.g., images, item descriptions), you allow Internet users to view them and grant VayuLogi permission to store and display them.
18. 18.Failure by VayuLogi to exercise any provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VayuLogi and supersede any prior agreements.
19. 19.You may not use VayuLogi trademarks or similar domain names or purchase related pay-per-click keywords (e.g., Google AdWords).
20. 20.VayuLogi may refuse or remove any content at its sole discretion.

Payment of Fees

Prohibited and Restricted Items

You agree not to list, promote, or deal in items restricted under applicable laws. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

• Securities and financial instruments
• Animal products
• Weapons, liquor, tobacco, narcotics
• Religious items that may hurt sentiment
• Antiquities or art treasures
• Used SIM cards or mobile subscriptions
